Simply fantastic. I have had Elements for a year now, and not really used it. Scared of the program, AND I AM IN I.T!!!! Just got into digital SLR photograpy too! I have seen the comments on here about printing, are there any issues with this once yuo have saved your signature to a picture, as I would like to print some of my pictures out, either printing them myself or through a photo store to get them enlarged. Thank you for showing me a nice easy way to make a signature! I had a 'non-treansparent' one from a non video tutorial. This helped SO much. Now I can add a sig with ease. :)

I have been using this and I've run into a few problems..1. What is the best size for the signature (so it doesn't over power the photo) and 2. when i place it in a corner of the photo, it sometimes does not print (gets cut off). Can you shed some light on this?

have just found your videos and enjoyed the simple instuctions. How do you save a file to print. I have tried (using jep) but shuterfly states unable to print file. I use elements 7 .  Does your videos for sale cover elements 7

Save them as a jpg file. And yes my DVD's cover Elements 6 and 7. Hope this helps.

Great video, Jack, thanks! I'm wondering how to create a text image without there being a background to it. I've tried cropping it out but the layers don't seem to work that way. I'm trying to just have the text be there with no background visible. Any thoughts?

You can not animate with elements. You would have to create gif images and then look for a gif animator using google. There are some pretty good free ones out there.

Hey Jack: Thanks for such a great tute on singature. One thing has been bugging me on my typing. How do you get your cursor to move to the right as you type? Mine moves to the left and causes a problem at tmes.

Ted, I am going to have to try to duplicate what is happening to you. Once you get the typing done you can always resize and move you text.
