I had an anterior dislocation of my left shoulder about 3-4 months ago, and it still feels slightly weak. But i am really eager to get back into the gym and work out, do you have any suggestions as far as exercises to stay away from or exercises to perform. I Still want to keep my figure (which is below par because of this) while avoiding another possible dislocation.
