i believe its just a G major 7 and then A minor 7 with the right hand when u play the C and then F with the left.

Yeh he kinda left that part out but if you just know how to play the melody with the single notes and start with a D on your thumb moving down.. half step till you reach B flat. Play the bottom notes of your right hand and play along the with the chords on the left.

The only place I am not using this formation for bass is in the fav part(or b-a-d-a notes / starting portion).
