I know nothing about this conflict: YOU DON'T NEED TO KNOW. It's so well made as a film that you empathize with everyone in it. WOW! one of the best films I have ever seen! Great music too - extremely atmospheric. 5/5

sorry to say this but Arabs are Real Nazies, not all of them but many of them.

Hitler convinced Germany that jews are a threat. He was afraid of them, intimidated by them, so he killed them. Let's not do the same thing with Palestinians. Just screened in my college. Ditto, left everyone speechless, no one moved until a minute after the credits. One of the most intense movie going experiences ever. I recommend it wholeheartedly if you are up for it.

your right, and besides Sabra and Shatila it's nothing to compare what happned to the Jews in world war 2. 6 million people being torutred, raped, burned and slaughtered from no reason. Here the Lebanese Christians did it as revenge to all the christians that died because of the Palestinians. in the Holocaust the Jews died from no reason.

The Palestinians in this camp had nothing to do with raping torturing murdering and maiming 100,000 Christians, or killing Bashir for that matter. All Palestinians combat fighters had been evacuated on a ship to Tunisia two weeks before the massacre. FACT. If some Palestinians caused terror in Israel or Lebanon, not every Palestinian should pay the price. Revenge makes little sense here. I'm lebanese, and i'm christian, and I'd never defend the christian forces who did this

Just saw this movie tonight in Leicester (Odeon). Was really hard hitting, something that you don't get very often. Was excellent. Left me and everyone else in the room speechless throughout the credits. Definitely worth a watch, try not to download!

If you can help it, don't see it on divx. See it in the theater. The movie is so beautiful, it's worth going out of your way to see. A movie like this comes out maybe once in a decade. You won't regret the effort, and you'll probably also be supporting a good independent theater in the process.

I saw the preview for this at 'Slumdog' in Miami and was instantly captivated. This looks absolutely amazing. Exactly like what people are saying in the comments here is how I imagine it would be. They are only playing it in NY and LA right now. I must see this! Please bring this to Miami!

It is certainly out in a few European Countries, don't miss it everyone. I saw it yesterday and watched in awe. It is so real in spite of its form. The plot, the flashbacks, the emotion, the vividness of the whole thing... Above all, its truth!
