  • Can you tell who is at 1:55 - 2:02?

  • It is Daria Zgoba at the 2007 Europeans

  • Excellent as always, MostepanovaFan.

As usual I gota know @least 1 of interest, 1:07

and duz the transition have a unique name?

  • at 1:07 thats Ksenia Semenova, fourth all-around at the olympics and the 2009 european champion. as far as i know, the transition gets a .2 connection bonus. if i were u, i would look at Mostepanovafan's uneven bar routine guide for her.

  • Thx for the reply miss35, but it think the athlete ref 2 follows Semenova. The background is blue w/ 2006 in print. I try to see most of Mfan's post. LUV some gymnastics.

  • i love the chinese, yang yilin was amazing.

  • Nice Montage, and I love that song, cool!!!

  • now can u do a video explaining the 2009 code of points? i dont get it and i hate the way they make the gymnasts do floor and beam and everyting!

  • Great video! I love Tweedle Kexin and Semenovas work on bars

  • where is jana bieger in this

  • at 1:43

  • Great montage!

I would just like to know these people are:

    2:14

    2:18

    2:27

    3:22

    3:35

    Sorry, there's kind of a lot... ^^;

  • No problem :)

2:14 is He Kexin (Olympic Gala)

2:18 is Anastasia Koval (Olympic bar final)

2:27 is Lia Parolari (Olympic test event)

3:22 is Elyse Hopfner-Hibbs (2008 Doha World Cup)

3:35 is Anastasia Koval again :)

  • I once saw a move that was like a pak, but ith a full twist. Is that a real move or did I imagine it?

  • You did not imagine it :) It was performed by Mohini Bhardwaj (and is named after her in the code). Peng Peng Lee of Canada has recently started performing one as well

  • Videos of it please.

  • no li ya :(

  • who is that at 0:43

  • It is Cha Yong Hwa of North Korea at the 2006 Asian Games

  • Do you have recent videos of her. Her routine is amazing.

  • I love your montages, there is always at least one Japanese gymnast in it! :D

  • who is the one at 2:58? I haven't seen anyone try this since Li Li did in the early 90s. It is absolutely amazing!

  • It was Ivana Hong of the USA (she has stopped doing the move now). Shantessa Pama of the US also did this move during this last quad.

  • I know Pama did that too, but not as smooth as Li Li and Hong. Thanks!

  • who is on 2:46

  • It is Shantessa Pama of the USA at the 2006 Junior US nationals

  • i didnt know she didi that dismount...she is one of the most original gymnasts ever

  • @xplosive08 the dismount is not original, it is named after Ma Yanhong.

  • Who is the second gymnast and who is it at 2:16?

loved the montage and the music!!!But I didn't see Beth's element, surely it's now named after her.

  • The second gymnast is Beth performing her new element, and it is now named after her! At 2:16 it was He Kexin

  • oh my can't believe I failed to recognise beth, it's so true it's her in Beijing...

    What's the music name?

  • The music is Maneater by Hall and Oates (One day my music taste will leave the 80s)

  • 0:42 What is Su Jong's release called?

And 2:45 they still have those kinds of dismounts in the Code of Points?

  • The release move is called a "Def" Emilie Lepennec used it in her gold medal winning routine in Athens.

  • It was Cha Yong Hwa (not Su Jong), and the release is a Def. Those dismounts are still in the code, that particular one is worth a D.

  • I love this girl. She is so pretty. So sad that they didn't send her to the Olympics

  • this is an excellent montage as usual. can u maybe put some more modern music to ur next montage pls. thanks

  • Beautiful montage! who is the girl at 1:16?

  • Thankyou! It is Rhian Pugh from Great Britain at the 2006 Commonwealth Games
