Often I have similar ticks on the right side of my face and my right shoulder muscles. I can control them, but it takes some effort. Once I focus on not doing it enough, they go away and I don't have to think about it anymore.

its most likely tourettes syndrome. but check with a doctor just to make sure

she is going to a developmental pediatrician, and he can get the referrals needed....will also be taking her to the pediatrician about it too

Could be Tourette's or Seizures best thing to do would be to try and get an appointment with a pediatric neurologist.
