@cadenhouse5 You should make a video showing us how you practice. Like exercises that have helped you mold your guitar skills. Cause idk how to practice other than learning a song for 3 hours and perfecting it.

@techyfings Scales Scales and more Scales. I'm self taught so I just wing it. One exercise that helped me insanely is just Chromatic stuff scaling the whole neck Mick Thomson was talking about it a how to video with him and Jim. just scale the neck and change up the pattern and it helps so much and also works your alternate picking I run through all the patterns with it at different tempos and it really works your fingers. definitely helps if you're double jointed and your pinky has a hard time

What about de E-MU 0204 with guitar rig 4? I'm thinking on buying the 0204 to use with my laptop and guitar 4 (similar setup than you) but i have read about asio latency problems, noise, glitches,... with this interface. Whats your experience, do you recommend it?

@ach1983 E-mu is not bad, but its main drawback is that it is not multitasking.

For example, you can not use both the guitar rig and winamp.

and i recommend to use pci sound cards :)
