    Im on DAY 26, its a recovery week and im starting to feel the same way... I need that PUMP from weights, im kinda losing my energy to push play!!! Mike and I are on the phone laughing at eachother, because he is feelin the same way...

  • I don't write down anything for core syn, I jus remember what I did, since we don't do it that often. I use my wksheets all the time. Yea, I hurt my back too, the yoga helps, today is my rest day but 'ma do yoga again.

  • I tired the memory approach, coudn't stay consistent. Im right there with you on the yoga.

  • Luckily, my soreness wasn't long term. I'm going to watch out today doing chest and back. Those decline push ups are the perfect exercise to tweak it again if im not carefull and don't maintain good form.

    I'll have to check but I remember seeing some place that had workout sheets that you can print off, maybe it was the beachbody website.

  • i write down all my pushup reps for core. I don't write down my weights i use with the exercises though, i just remember them. I like to beat my pushup numbers as well.

  • That's what im going to try and start doing. Looking back, there are alot of moves that aren't max reps so there's really no need but I would always want to try and keep up with my push ups.
