@saaammage I died my hair the same color and at first it looked like yours but the next day it turned BRIGHT red ! Then, it washed out a little and it looked more natural. This time I'm going to dye it dark intense auburn instead of the medium intense auburn. My natural hair was a medium brown.

I so happy you did a video on the hair color b/c a couple months ago i dyed my hair a BEAUTIFUL Auburn color and i loved loved loved it and was so happy with it but Red washes out really quickly and the dye washed out in like 3 days so i really like this color and hopefully it wont wash out quick im gonna try it out b/c since then i have been looking for another brand to try. @xxXXDeannaMarieXXxx Yes you can use the color she uses... If you are going from light to dark though you hair will not come out as dark as hers... It's be better to dye your hair a darker shade of blonde first... Then wait a week and dye it her red.... Or pick a darker auburn than hers..

@PurpleFluffPuppies I have dyed my hair red before, and used Garnier. The problem with red is that is does lose its colour (intensity) quickly, but the colour is hard to get out of your hair. I haven't dyed my hair red for a few months and the red colour is still there. So yes, red does fade but it also does stain your hair. It will fade eventually, but there will be a reddish tint.

I wouldn't bleach my whole head either. But I do have streaks and in my opinion they don't damage your hair unless you don't ever condition your hair.

I absolutely love your hair color! I was thinking of getting my hair dyed soon and am planning to dye this color! Great timing of this video. I've been through different hair colors ranging from brown to light brown to burgundy to auburn, etc. I'd say burgundy/auburn are my fav hair colors since my natural hair color is dark brown. Although, when my natural hair grows out, the touch-ups are kinda a pain for me when my hair is in reddish shade. Browns are easier for my new hair to blend into. :)

But generally without bleach you can die it, I've died mine red without bleach at a salon and it comes out a little darker than if you have lighter hair from previous die. BTW red hair is a little more damaging than brown or black.

@GirlWithTheCamera09 I've been using this hair dye for a little over a year, and I would say you should not use it on blonde hair! It's for naturally dark hair so it'll look insane and unnatural on blonde hair and you'll probably never get it out ever. You're lucky enough to have blonde hair, any other box dye would work perfectly for you.

This hair dye she is using is meant for dark hair. If you're a blonde and you want auburn/red hair, then you could just use a normal hair dye. You don't need a high lifting dye because your hair is already light.
