@SuperPabasara you guys are right, but this is an expression that I've never used in real life. I usually say 'the secret is out'. I do say 'firecracker' sometimes, but usually I just say "that person's totally insane" to be direct.
It means "acting in a particular way or making a particular remark, you are/were not able to control or stop it" or "it has happened and you were unable to avoid it"
I thought it was kinda more like, the secret has come out
