Can we all just agree to increase sex education and provide protection for minors? Abstinence has been preached for years and has helped but not on the scale we want. Despite the fact the John McCain ones one of the keating five and a know criminal. And graduated bottom 8 in his class of what...2 thousand? As for the CRA, last I checked it was passed in 1977 and last updated this year. The law passed by clintion stopped the banks for giving out bad loans, so I would love to see your source for your CRA information. In 2005 there was a Regulatory change made that allowed the banks more leeway, but that started in 1999 so clintion let that slide.
