The Winner is clearly....BOTH! Both systems have games that are in many ways better than the shit we get nowadays. Symphony of The Night, Ocarina Of Time, Final Fantasy 7&8, Majora's Mask, Mario Kart 64, Resident Evil 2(which was on both systems), Spyro, Crash Bandicoot, Super Smash Bros, Donkey Kong 64, I could go on and on with this list but I decided to just put up my favorites. Either way the two systems cannot be compared, because they're both GREAT in their own different ways.

Look at the GUI in SM64. The star-symbol, the coin-symbol and the lifes-symbol look different than normally. Maybe this is only a Beta. That could be the reason for the unseen enemy.
the PS1 and N64 are both good. the PS1 had better sound quality and much more data could be put into a CD disc at the time. as for the N64, it had its advantages towards better graphics (the only time iirc) and little to no loading times. I personally prefer the N64, but....that's just me since I grew up with it.
I see that Navigtr got the actual game confused with Beta footage... which probably means he never actually played it.
And apparently, if Navigtr can't beat it, it's impossible. You can count on his gaming skills by how he uses cheats to get through all the games he plays. Seems legit, right?

Mario 64, Goldeneye, Perfect Dark, Star Wars: Rogue Squadron, Zelda Ocarina of Time, and a few others I cant recall were the only reasons in my opinion to play. Pilotwings64 was fun for about 20 minutes, RE2 was unplayable due to its controls, and DKC64 lacked everything that made the SNES versions so much fun(DKC 2 was way better)

I'm just going to say that it is the games that make the console great and not the console itself. For example, I never really considered getting a PSP because all the games sucked up until Dissidia and a few other games I have interest in came out. Now I am looking for a PSP that I can use to do LPs of those games along with some PSP emulators.

I can't say I am overly impressed with the Wii either, after living through the NES, SNES, N64, and all them. Nothing overly spectacular. However, I always have been biased toward the older generation of games due to childhood memories, so I gravitate toward Super Mario RPG, Chrono Trigger, SNES/NES Mario & Zelda games and that stuff.

@KedViper Especially since Sony's top franchises belonged originally to Nintendo. And that without nintendo, consoles would never take risks. Playstation is better. The reason? Spyro, Crash and Croc. Most of the games that people say are the best of the Nintendo 64 are completely overrated. The Nintendo 64 did have some truely good games though. (Majora's Mask, Paper Mario, The Mario Party series.)
PS1 killed N64 no offence but it's the truth, it had better games, a better design, and better controllers. I liked Super Mario 64, WWF No Mercy, and Goldeneye 007, but I liked Crash Badicoot, Spyro, Tomba, Tekken, Soul Calibur, Croc, Gran Turismo, and Time Crisis more.
Better games? That's just your opinion. Besides, I played both back in the day and the N64 had more memorable games for me.

Btw, the PS2 was an awful system. The few good games that were on it later on became multiconsole or were horribly overrated. The rest of the PS2's library was fucking awful. Prove me wrong.

Every sale is valid. And I could easily name plenty of Wii exclusives that I would say (in my opinion) that are better than the games you've just mentioned.
I agree with the other guy that the PS2 was awful but you're entitled to your opinion. You can't just state an all-out lie however.

Dolphin can run 99% of Wii games as PCSX2 can run 99% of PS2 games- no they don't all run perfectly but they can run them nonetheless.

I don't really like the controller much either) as well, because I still find alot of games for ps2 I want to play. Theres alot I want for wii as well, but their just so expensive expecially ps3 gamesXD

For example, I never really considered getting a PSP because all the games sucked up until Dissidia and a few other games I have interest in came out. Now I am looking for a PSP that I can use to do LPs of those games along with some PSP emulators.

I can't say I am overly impressed with the Wii either, after living through the NES, SNES, N64, and all them. Nothing overly spectacular. However, I always have been biased toward the older generation of games due to childhood memories, so I gravitate toward Super Mario RPG, Chrono Trigger, SNES/NES Mario & Zelda games and that stuff.

Playstation is better. The reason? Spyro, Crash and Croc. Most of the games that people say are the best of the Nintendo 64 are completely overrated. The Nintendo 64 did have some truely good games though. (Majora's Mask, Paper Mario, The Mario Party series.)

PS1 killed N64 no offence but it's the truth, it had better games, a better design, and better controllers. I liked Super Mario 64, WWF No Mercy, and Goldeneye 007, but I liked Crash Badicoot, Spyro, Tomba, Tekken, Soul Calibur, Croc, Gran Turismo, and Time Crisis more.
