@impeachobamanow2010 I did reasearch on Chase & Obama, and you are right about Chase making Billions off unimployed WHO ARE UNDERWATER (owe more than their house is worth), but are still able to make the minimum monthly payment, these people cant sell.

Once the bank forecloses, the only money they can make is by selling the house, which looses value when a foreclosure occurs. In the current market, selling is very difficult.

As far as jobs go, most of the blame is on Freddy Mac & Fanne May.
