  • somalis are divided oromos by adversaries then over a long term everything hidden and they forgotten. i am positive about this because even thou there was no education that kept histry of both soma and oromo, language is strongly related; one can even say its just accent and i don't disagree with that. immagine a nation divided for over two century and stayed without proper education

  • Beautiful Oromo song !Love Oromia!

  • i am a somali and i love this song and her voice she is my long lost sister. oromia and somalia should have been one country if it wasn't the colonisation of africa by europians and drawing maps that were not based on truth and fairness.

  • Aadaa bareedaa qabna means we have beautiful culture...and she is saying it is showing up one by one ..

  • I thing Oromo people are related with. Somali from Baidhabo. Because adaa means you. bareedaa means good. qabna we have it.!! and more words of this girl song I understand it. I was also feeling that she talk about good things.

  • Yes Sir/Mam.. Oromo and somali are related. Oromos are Kush and so is Somalili.

  • what is arsi culture?

  • Arsi culture is Oromo culture. It is the greater branch of Oromo culture. As you may know, Oromia state contains eleven provinces through out Ethiopian impire state. So, each region has its own unique and wonderful cultural display. Arsi Oromo people has its own unique in that light. Arsi Oromo located in five oromia regions: Bale and Arsi ( 100%), Showa, Hararghe (Charchar), and Sidamo.

  • ok thnks very much

  • GOOD NEWS..The Oromia State Investment Commission has licensed Ethiopian investors with five billion birr capital in the past three months. 324 Diaspora who were granted licenses came home to celebrate the millennium.

The investors would engage in industry, agriculture, hotel, trade and other sectors.

Upon going operational, the projects would create jobs to 30,000 people.HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!! TO ALL MY PPL....WITH ALL MY LOVE....AND BEST WISHES FOR ALL OF US....FOR THE YEARS TO COME....

  • Good news eh?? does this involve Oromoo's categorized under "Ethiopia"???????

  • go plant a TREE...do something POSITIVE..GOD dose not give 'F' what part of his land you come from..ID AL FETER..id mobarek...ALAHH WAKIBER..may PEACE BE ON TO YOU AND YOURS..

  • yo, you need to learn to spell EID UL FITR, okay, SO WHO THE FUCK ARE YOU TO CRITIZE. IF YOU CAN'T SPELLL YOU OWN GOD'S NAME......... YOU NEED SOME PEACE UPON YOU!!! (telling me to plant a tree, who does theis bitch think he is)

  • Id al Feter ETHIOPIC... when Muslims break their fast with a huge feast, followed by dancing and festivities. ...it is a festival not a "GOD"..

Eid ul-Fitr or Id-Ul-Fitr (Arabic: عيد الفطر 'Īdu l-Fiṭr), often abbreviated to Eid, is a Muslim holiday that marks the end of Ramadan, the month of fasting. Eid is an Arabic word meaning "festivity", while Fiṭr means "to break the fast..

  • I know what eid is, im a muslim person you spelld Allah wrong, idiot "ALAHH WAKIBER". Its spelled ALLAH.

  • you are wrong, somalis and oromo are the same people and we live in the same country, Dire Dawa is full of somalis

  • ummmmmm...........YOU'RE WRONG. OROMOS AND SOMALIS ARE 2 DIFRENT PEOPLE. DIFFRENT RACE, MAYBE RELIGION, COUNTRY, BACKGROUND AND DIFFRENT PEOPLE!!!!!!!!!!

  • I like your name.

  • nesriti no need to be outraged about the truth. when you accept the truth you shall be free and at rest and peace. the somalis and oromos are from the same origin and that expains why our languages are very similar and intertwained. please don't hate no one sister and we are all africans and from a common ancester and one father Adam and one mother Hawa
