I think he did, I tried it before and when it gets to crowded some paint comes off. It also gets laggy.

I'ts not you out (i think) but they are making a pack that allows you to set one part of the level underwater. You have a limited amout of air underwater but i think there is going to be a air tank to breath underwater.

Wrong, it's on the second last level, at the end you need 4 people to get to it, just before you finish the level you should see 4x sticker that's where it is

It also works with very very small point bubbles and they have a nice natural sound effect that sounds a bit like water. But it makes tons of lag.

I've tried this and it works great, but you cant fill large spaces with it... the sponge just compacts really tight and you only end up with a thin layer... also a lot of slow down. But looking at this you could seriously make some cool effects. you could make a proper water wheel and have the running water powering something... u should develop yur ideas more ^^
