This is the kind of stuff they should put on TV. Instead we have to watch stars dancing with each other while we ponder their otherwise failing careers.
You may be surprised to know that Bouree is a very challenging and difficult one to play on the musical glasses. It requires a lot of concentration as you are playing both the higher and lower octaves simutaniously for long stretches of time.
this is great! i especially enjoy your rendition of tocatta and fugue. im a fan of dark music and all the pieces you have chosen are very pleasing to hear.
How is the sound created? I know how the guitar works (self taught guitarist) but that's close to it.. Understanding how his contraption works is above me. Can you tell me?
@roberttiso Basicly works through the ridges of your finger catching on and letting go of the glass. This action essentualy 'pluks' the glass. That's why you need very clean fingers and glass. oil will make then slide and not catch/release.
Very cute:)

I've seen you live in Verona, summer of 2008 and I bought "Nella sfera di Cristallo" from you. I am a big fan of yours.
Thank you for your music!

Sounds really great! But I wonder hof you fixed the glasses on this plate there so they can still produce their wonderful sound?
Triursaighead 3 years ago
Hello, wonderfull! Could you please tell me what kind of micro you're used to amplifie your glasses? Thank you!

I wish I could play like this...i only do it when I wash dishes...Don't they have to be crystal, though?

As a percussionist I'd like to know, do you use a certain type of wine glass in particular?
808beatbox 3 years ago
Any wine glass that sounds good, anyway they
are all normal drinking glasses. Not specially
made for music.

Hi Xaederaz,to make a wine glass resonate
you must rub a clean wet finger around the
rim, keeping the base steady on a flat surface.
Try for your self,if it doesn't work ither
the glass or your fingers are not clean,
rinse
the glass well and your fingers too.
Al the best, Robert

@Xaederaz And you should use a crystal glass, cause it resonetes al lot better than normal glass
olafvdkruk 1 year ago
@olafvdkruk do it with practice first because the game's over when you knock the crystal glass down
