i wanna get a wr 250 but it doesnt have a 6 gear tranny, is the extra weight and more electronics on the te worth it?

Extra weight? It weighs about 230 pounds if i'm not mistaken. The WR250 weighs like 260 I think. Also, the Te250 is fuel injected, which is also wonderful. The extra money for the TE250 is worth it my friend. I got one 2 weeks ago in fact, and you will love every second of it. You have to do a couple of mods after break in to release the true power of it, but Husqvarna includes the parts, and when you do, that thing flies. Just taking off throttle limiter and O2 sensor really.
