Hi, i also got another question where did you get your helmet camera i cant find one in Vancouver =/

I made my helmet cam by designing a padded plastic case that screws onto my helmet. My digital camera fits into the case and is secured with a zip tie. I will post a picture/video of it on my blog this week.

did you apply the brakes when yoiu go down? Was your bike disk brakes or normal ones?

You can do it with or without brakes, depending on how fast you want to ride down - going slower is easier on the bike. I have disc brakes and was applying very rapid quick pumps to both on the way down.

Thanks! Took me a couple days to film this one - waiting for good weather, then finding locations, switching camera between tripod mount and helmet cam setup etc.
