This is possibly the most spectacular and beautiful video I have seen in my life. The person who created it understands music and beauty in nature. God bless. Pete
I cry each time I hear this song done on the pipes. Even harder when I listen and look at pictures of my ancestral home land, knowing I will never see it with my own eyes. Thank You! Thank You! Thank You! Long live Scotland! Long live Clan Donald!
I got some blood from Scotland. In 1549, William Ballanden ( My current name is Ballande ) came from Scotland to France in Dordogne, as a master paper-maker for the lord of Biron who was a Mary Stuart's Comrade-in-arms ... Hearing this shakes my soul !
:( everytime i hear this song i think of my papa and my dad </3 <3 :'( take it easy boys and thanks glenzboys i love this song it brings back good memories </3
I would just like to dedicate this song to my grandad, it has been two years without you on christmas and boxing day, love you with all my heart and wish i could see you one last time before you went, you were one of the first of my family to die since i was born, missing you everyday and love you so much!
Being of a completely different background and living far from Scotland, still when I listen to this I can only think of one thing: Fight! Fight! Fight, brothers! Fight against those who wish to destroy your culture, your land and your blood filled with pride and history!
Lots of love! wpww

I simply love the sound of the bagpipes. The emotion and tale that they tell my soul is beyond any description. It runs through my veins, and overwhelms my soul. I could listen to them all the time... My words can't express this feeling
It's a true belief, no matter what nationality, that the bagpipes can expose the true emotion in any person. There is so much emotion and heart put into any note played. It doesn't matter who you are, only as long as these bagpipes strike a chord in your soul.
this is what my grandmother wanted at her funeral and i tried to tell my family this is what she wanted but they didnt listen to me so im sorry grandmother u didnt get to hear it one last time. she passed away in july 27, 2011. she soo loved the bagpipes playing this beautiful song of amazing grace. love snd ,iss you grandmother.

There is something so melancholy -- so moving about the bagpipes...and, when framed in this lovely Scottish countryside it moves one to tears. Thank you so much for posting...
Rest in peace to those who were lost on the tragic day of September Eleventh. May we play this song in honor of those poor souls who were lost, and the wounded minds of the families of the lost.
@legandrydirk - First time spelling Stirling and I didn't check my spell checker. I've used Sterling a few times and it was already in my custom dictionary. Thanks for the eyes and the impending addition to my dictionary.
@glenzboyz - Sorry for the second post, but the limit on characters in reply caused it. As stated above, I'm glad to be of Scottish descent, and the sound of the Great Pipes always seems to call me home. In time, I hope to stand in the highlands to view the beauty you caught on camera, to traverse Ben Lomond down to Loch Lomond - someday. God bless for the post, as it brought tears to this Scotsman's eyes, a smile to my face, and the desire to someday come home.
@glenzboyz - A masterful, poignant, and moving version of their classic. Though removed from Scotland many centuries ago, I have traced my clan back to the Battle of Sterling. Though I speak not for my clan, Clan Chisholm, I'm sure they would agree that this was purely amazing. From my ancestral home in the highlands, to my current home in the USA, my heart bleeds "Blue and White," as well as adding a little "Red" for the US. I thank you for the post, and hope someday to return home for a visit.
My father has been gone for 21 years now. Amazing Grace was played at his funeral and since then, I can't listen to the song without thinking of my Dad's funeral and tearing up. This is simply moving. Thank you for posting and sharing
Oh man...I'd do ANYTHING just to go to Scotland, it would be enough just to breath it's air, or walk on its soil! Hopefully one day I'll get to visit and until then I will yearn for it every waking hour!
@1zbushnaq If only my fellow Scots would share you're sentiments..and go out and appreciate what a marvellous country we have!!!..sadly too many don't.
