It brought the Plaster down again, i was at the 3rd Dec Brixton..
The sound system was like it was on steroids.. I did Leeds 96 and that was seriously loud, 3rd Dec was not far off. I heard it got up to between 115 and 120 db..
Phat Planet was sickening loud but very very clear
The strange thing is, that if the sound is quality i.e Turbosound or Funktion One, it can be extremely loud but not unbearable. Cheap sound systems make you fill sick when they're played too loud.
Leftfield have never had a problem with sound quality ... but yes, it was very loud. ;-)
i know what you all mean it was fucking insane. in 1996 they played at brixton and there was so much bass that the plaster in the roof crumbled and broke.
thats how good they are.
this was the first time they played in brixton in 14 years. it was bound to be good :)
