FUCK HP! if windows... DELL are good hardware but MAC amazing server grade hardware thats why MAC dominates in hardware and windows dominate in software...
don't worry, I've gotten enough experience to learn it. You just click towards the right. Anyways...who wants stock stuff, while tons of ergonomic keyboards and mice awaits us?
If you really didn't give a shit then you wouldn't have posted in the first place, for one.
Second the latency of an application? That highly depends on the Pc it is running on, and if you think that a mac has anything on a PC in terms of power (dollar for dollar) then you are a bigger tool than I thought.
I would call you a neckbeard if your neck wasn't conveniently combined with your chin to make some porpoise-like blob of fat...
plus, macs are more expensive by far. Go to apple's website and pick out a computer, then go to newegg and build it with the exact same parts and see the price gap.
Actually, you'd be suprised...I had one for myself, and it still runs well to this date...But I do admit, some of them aren't the best, but it's not usual though...every manufacturer makes shit systems, especially HP.
imac comes with a 24" display with is good for me and pcs come pretty much with no display or a small 17" 2. its all built in with a nvidia geforce 8800gt s 512mb, webcam, mic, bluetooth, wifi, and more features. 2 it has a very fast 3.06Ghz processor and u can booit into windows vista more natively than current pcs today that have problems bsods errors..
Nice try, but I owned a macintosh (power mac G5 or whatever) for about 4 months until I realized that it did NOTHING my pc couldn't do better, and was still piss useless for games.
There's a whole lot of them, but I gave the most active ones, that are actually very easy to use. I've got a video recording tonight for choosing the best Linux Distro and some how-to's.
thats not my answer

Macs dont sell with Intel Extreme Edition processors, or have gtx 590's stock, pcs have better hardware always.

MACs use the same hardware PCs do. So on, they don't have better hardware.

are macs or pcs better for school work
legitboss100 1 year ago
@legitboss100 Both are, but PCs are much more affordable than MAcs, and they're easy to upgrade, and doesn't ost an arm and a leg to fix.

Macs are also better for audio applications !
WaksON 3 years ago
I don't see how that is true at all. The only good "audio applications" run on PC, and in an identical fashion.

Serato for instance has lower latency when run on a mac....check the specs direct from Rane if you don't beleive me.
Logic is mac only .... Maybe you don't rate it but I do.
This is as far as I'm buying into this debate because really I don't give a **** .

@bowbmw7 my dual core Acer was awesome for its time. i've had mine for 5 years and it still works great. both the tower and monitor.

Acer is garbage. Macs are superior in every way shape and form. You're just jealous because you can't afford one.
mpc516 3 years ago
Here's a complete example of a fanboy. I can afford one in every way, I just don't find a use of it. Of course, Photoshop is your life

The top four in my list is:
1- Ubuntu/Kubuntu
2- Sabayon
3- OpenSUSE
4- Mandriva
There's a whole lot of them, but I gave the most active ones, that are actually very easy to use. I've got a video recording tonight for choosing the best Linux Distro and some how-to's.
