If you haven't already fixed it, Than the problem is that the pressure seal that is near the pod holder is bent back, Which means that water just gets out with no problem when the machine sends the water to the pod holder. I'm not sure if you can replace it or not, You may have to buy a new machine (Which i would do, But i'm a real coffee geek!)

There should be a flared gasket on the hinged head of the brewer, which is supposed to seal the water spout with the pod holder.
If this seal is compromised, then water will be forced out through the bad seal.
You could try to fix it or just simply replace the brewer.

Hmmm. Also it could be a problem in the output spout. Which would cause a back flow of the water. Either way let me know what happens!
