when i turn els on the blue and red lights start flashing, but the blue lights dont reflect on the street\buildings. how do you do that?

@kevinvl12 Your problem would be you don't have the Radiance Mod it will look a lot better

@kevinvl12 if you have ELS installed go to the GTA IV game program files, find the ELS.ini file and open and edit that, if you edit it correctly your problem should be fixed!
