I saw that building a few weeks ago it was really cloudy and overcast that day than the clouds opened up enough with a small amount of sunlight just enough to reveal the than hidden old Soviet star on top it was kind of cool to see that and a little creapy that it opened up to reveal that part of the top for my photograph almost fate if you will
