i think i know how this was done:

you make small holes on black cardboard paper, then you glue the arms on each side and then you glue a bunch of rhinestones on the right side 8)

@singingthelife u kan use washed off rock salt thats what i did and just use regular sun glasses or that fence stuff and the rock salt looks lik reall crystals not all clowdy and stuff it turns out better

No, there caled "CRYSTAL DAZZLERS" in the store HOBBY LOBBY xD

There just called "ROCK CRYSTALS"

If yo use EBAY search for "ROCK CRYSTALS"

I live in the UK so im not sure, the best places to get the rock crystals are in ARTS&CRAFTS stores or WEDDING DECRATION STORE. The rock crystals are use for weddings too :D

@Quintinlicious If you want to make your own.. all you really have to do is buy the glasses and just add the crystals. I bought my pinhole glasses (they're actually called that) on a website called 1topstore. I got them for 6 bucks including shipping. That way you don't have to use those dumb horizontal shades. :)

I got the crystals from a dollar store, they didnt have packaging so i dont know what the are called. I believe they are used for vases and etc.
