not really , they havent lifted anything heavy or kicked down trees or punched through walls -_- . what they do have is awesome speed an endurance , but i havent seen anything so far id call being strong.

ninja are not actually strong. they have average sized muscles. it's true that they do a lot of physical training, but a lot of it is in the mind. it's amazing how you can actually trick your mind into thinking it doesn't hurt, or that they can break something, which leads to your muscles contracting...and you break things...like kicking down trees or breaking through walls.
