Why is it that the Puerto Ricans can vote in our Primaries, yet they cannot vote in the Presidential Election. They only have a choice of Hillary Clinton vs Barack Obama. They don't have a choice in who wins against McCain in the long run. I don't believe that is fair. If they are a part of us, even if they are not a state, they should have a choice in our General Election too.
