It is crazy to give our enemies picked up off battlefields the same rights that are only available to US citizens they were trying to kill.
It seems to me that people have become desensitized to what happened in NYC, Washington, and Pennsylvania when we are denigrating psychologists for helping the intelligence agencies pull information from enemy combatants when it can and has saved American lives.
During the War of 1812 the White House was BURNED DOWN and the Founders maintained the Constitution and the laws they had fought and died for. 2 problems.
1) Many were not picked off the battlefield.
