And that video they showed of the UFO moving away from the streak of light, its pretty obvious what that was. It was a UFO being fired at by some highly advanced weaponry, and the UFO moving out of the way. And that is what the STAR WARS program is really for, it isnt for the Riussians, its to be used to be able to fire at these UFOs. Billions of dollars are spent every year on weapon development, and it isnt just for the army and militaries...

Best explanation of that clip so far is that both of those objects were affected by a pulse of thrust to keep the vehicle in the correct orientation.. I think thats really what that was.
