This book contains a collection of powerful concepts that together inspire an organization to be committed and engaged. Jonas's comment of MLK saying 'I have a dream' and not 'I have a 5 year plan'. The 'dreams without delivery' pitfall Mark addresses is critical. Extremely informative.
