I wouldn't say 'ruined', because SSB was never meant to be a 'competent fighter' series like Tekken. It only came out that way when people discovered "hidden techs" that sped the game up.

Super Smash Bros. is all about the fanservice. Hence the massive amounts of weird items (Lip's Stick = WTF?!) and the inclusion of characters like CF, Marth, and Lucario. Now, mind you, I love a good Melee tourney as much as the next guy, but I also love Brawl tourneys because of how differently it plays.

I think the point is simply that he is a bowser player and hes kickass with bowser, period. He is up against some of the top tier players in this video and he is able to use bowser in a way to defeat them and that is enough to give him props for, who cares if he gets knocked out by some other people, if you can beat him with bowser than i'll be surprised or find somone else who can match with him at least.

bowser kicks ass when you know how to use him properly. Unfortunately im not that good at melee anymore because i've become so used to brawl, but bowser is still one of my best characters and he is great if you know how to use him properly.

Anyone's great when used properly. But some characters are GREATER then others when used right. As great as a well played Bowser is, a well played Marth is just better.

haha i mean the chances of them winning are equal when u put aside the character chosen which is ignoring tier. but the tripping is a lucky or unlucky occurence. and it would have been stupid but still ok if u could tech a trip.yea u would wanna get up when u fall but when u trip there is still some frams where u have no invincibility and u are on the ground so at the right instance u can get hit with a smsh attack and there would be nothing u can do about it. so theres nothin skillful about it
