Only an hour a day!? Are you kidding!? When I was a child (I am SO greatful for this...) we were only allowed to watch one movie, and that was if it was raining. Otherwise I was encouraged to play outside, be adventurous, and to use my imagination... I HATE what our society has reduced childhood to. Lets dope up the kids and stick em in front of the teli... They only really need ONE HOUR A DAY of physical activity.
