I truly don't know how they resisted the temptation to call her and say they were the devil! It's one of the only scenarios where a call like that would be believable. And it will probably be the only time in which she will have the opportunity to talk to humanity's spiritual arch-nemesis!

I'm definitely not saying they should have, but they could have gone further. The paramedics could have found out who she was through the car's registration, said her full name out loud, and then started calling her double by her name asking "can you hear us? she can't hear us...". And of course, at least they didn't just prop her bleeding disembodied head sticking out of the front window.

its just kinda funny that they've seen derren has the power to pull such a stunt off by the way he "visits" them in the begining of each episode to tell them they've been chosen and still fall for derrens trap...i think derrens fucking druging them haha no hipnosis just some good ass weed thatll make you believe anything XD.

just because you can't be put in a deep trance through hypnosis doesn't mean it doesn't work for everyone.

and besides, Darren is a professional and extremely good at what he does.

he chose these people specifically because he thought they were good candidates to be hypnotized, etc.
