bob carter has no studies to back up his claims. His field of expertise is as a marine geologist studying ancient climate. Now he has ties to carbon industries that want business-as-usual for the sake of short-term profits. It's sad.
We humans are warming the planet and the consequences are not good. This is well established. EVERY ONE of our respected scientific institutions agree.

Lets see what you've got; -CO2 is a GHG (so what) -CO2 when doubled causes 1c of warming per century (again SO WHAT) -There is positive feedback (proven wrong) -We have dramatic models (Yawn) -We have some invented hockey sticks (walks off shrugging shoulders) So where is the proof? Why are you hiding it, if there is some? We want to test it empirically. If there is none, we all expect you to SHUT UP and STOP ALARMING PEOPLE.

Global warming was an issue from the 1980's. This video fails to admit that actual warming is actually occurring - measurably. Obviously we cannot tell precisely how much warming is caused by human CO2 emissions, but it doesn't take a genius to work out that a world full of cars, planes, ships and coal based power stations will contribute. I agree with questioning the ETS; some good questions about ETS.

We have an effect we know that, we do not know if its bad or good with regards to CO2, we know cleaner air is good and allot has been done and continues with pollution controls, which has nothing to do with CO2 as its a non pollutant and this is what Bob is talking about CO2.
