Acres of rainforests are being destroyed daily (a known fact). I also believe that within them live numerous species of animal life that no longer have a habitat. I also know that 100's of animal species are steadily diminishing toward extinction and that we are the primary cause of it. Despite your views on global warming, animals that depend on the ice caps as part of their habitat (sea lions) are losing ice they hunt from and this in turn will affect how well polar bears eat.
