  • My biggest fear is not having the tooth look natural or normally shaped like the original tooth and i don't want a gap between the implant and the gum.

  • The tooth appeared to have missing enamel at the canine to incisor interface, eventually this tooth would have it's dentin eroded out and break regardless of how much care you gave it over the years. Being on the side of a tooth and abutted to another It's not a place any dentist would patch as they know it will last only a short time. Crowns are the standard repair, but why not take it a step further and go for something more solid. Teeth should last a lifetime, crowns require upkeep.

  • Grosssssssssss!but meal

  • That tooth was fine, why the hell did they took it off?

  • How much did that cost? Does dental insurance cover at least 25% of the bill?........probably not.

  • @theloyalone100

    Right! Dental Insurance sucks!!!!!!!!!!

  • next time you better you take a implant that fits instead of simple titanium massproducts.

get yourself informed on the web ww w bioimplant.me

before you make such unnecessary tortures on your poor patients

  • god I wish they would do that for the tooth I have at the back...I had a root canal done to it and a crown on top of it which was unfortunately horrendously misplaced causing a permanent gap between it and my next tooth causing food to constantly go in, infecting my gums and hurting that area like crazy. Doctors will not pluck it out for me though because they have worked so hard saving it and it is essential for my chewing. FUUCKK.

  • i cant believe i went through that.

  • @jen4123 does it hurt?

  • @theskywalker083195 not at all. thats why I cant believe i went through all that and not feel a thing. It looks so gross and painful. I was asleep and only had a little pain afterwards for a day or two but it completely goes away with some T3's until they wear off and then you just keep popping them

  • i think the guy is a dead man...

  • Dr: Shouldn't the bone need to heal after the extraction first, or put the steel in and wait a little while, before you put a tooth on? It seems that it might move around in there while he chews on it and stuff. Gosh...

  • Dear Cohen: I am also doctor. after watching your video, my impression is that canine should not be extracted. as you can see his canine was looking fine, with some apical pathology. canine should be treated first with RCT, if fail then with apicectomy. any how good way to earn extra money and fame that you have implanted canine.

  • BULL SHIT!! HOW IN THE FRIKKEN HELL DO YOU GO BACK TO WORK AFTER HAVING SCREWS DRILLED INTO YOUR SKULL AND NOT FEEL PAIN, Get the fuck outta here!

  • i don´t see any lession to the tooth; maybe it´s a vertical fracture (most common in premolars) which doesn´t fix with root treatments.

  • Tell you what ...I might get together with some like minded mates and buy the tools to do this work ... for cost only seeing as in the uk it is very prohibitive cost wise and the procedure is very easy

  • how much time is the life period of this implant tooth?

  • it seems painful.

  • aren't you supposed to wait for 2 months after the implant operation to stick on the tooth?

  • I see a lot of golly-wow procedures on the web. I do get the impression the cost is near prohibitive to the average Joe. There was a question relating to cost ......yet quite obvious there was no answer presented..

  • @1diesel1 In the UK around £2000, I would imagine it would be a similar cost in the US

  • I've read that you have to wait 3-6 months after you put the implant in before you put the tooth in. Why were you able to do it all at once here?

  • whats wrong with his lower teeth hes got like a 10 foot gap between them

  • I thought they put you to sleep when they do this.. I see him blinking

  • What kind of Local did you use?

Lido with 1:50,000 I gather, as there is little bleeding

  • what is wrong with that tooth? Can it be restored with root canal and crown?

  • if you don't mind me asking.. how much did that cost you? and what was wrong with the other tooth? rotten?

  • The tooth looked fine , why u extracted it?

  • Hey I'm from the UK and I have hopes to be a Periodontist or Orthodontist in the future. Can I just confirm, In this video you remove the tooth and drill into the bone. Are you gradually widening the gap with the multiple drills? Many thanks.

  • does that hurt?

  • why would you think that? Of course the patient has local anesthesia. No pain at all--went to work right after the procedure.

  • yes local anesthesia
