Take away the wobbles and sub bass and your left with a beat thats arranged the same as any drum and bass beat, at the same tempo, as any drum and bass tune. Somewhere between 170 and 180bpm.

This is Jump up DnB. One of the better Sub genres of DnB.

putting it in a sub genre is useful though, as youll find drumstep doesn't mix THAT well with drum and bass usually. so having a separate category for it makes it easier to identify. Saying that, the odd drumstep song in a DnB set works wonders

Hmmmm how can you guys not like the dubstep noises in this song? My favorite sub-genre of DnB is when there are dubstep noises in the song. I'm not so sure of what that sub-genre is called..some examples are C&K - Vampires or Majistrate - Destruction or Majistrate - Imagining Things. Those are 3 songs I can think of off the top of my head.
