This is why song-a-week and Mink Car Cover are inspiring. This is why DIY music is inspiring. Before, you had some fans. Now you have a whole bunch of fans and a network. I discovered The Doubleclicks & Marian Call through you, and this has happened to me for other artists. You are paying it forward just by performing! Some day, someone might be leaving the same comment for me. :-)

(I also seem to have the habit of saying embarassing things to famous people... at least I'm not alone in that.)

Congrats! I'm really happy to hear it, and I'm even happier that you're doing a cover of my favorite band's album. When you said "keep on putting things on the internet", however it brought SOPA back to my mind, which made me sad. I have to urge you, look up the Stop Internet Privacy Act, as it went to the House today and PLEASE tell your congressman to oppose it. I know it seems like a random topic, but this act could cause videos like Nintendo Sleigh Ride to get YouTube taken down.
