Think about it, for a fast paced pvp like this, do you think the player would have much time paying attention to all the fancy little details while getting hacked like a madman? lol. Also, if skills were fancy they would take forever to activate just because of the skill animation by which time, you are probably dead.

i do play the game but it's in korea and it won't be released to international servers for a while. Meaning as of this moment, nobody could register to it. I cannot predict how the population would be when/if the international servers come out but the korean population is kinda low in the server that im on.

im almost 80% sure that NA version is not coming anytime soon. At least not this year. The english speaking players in my guild say that there might not even be an international version since there hasn't been any word from the devs on that matter.

Yes i think so, if they dont have IP Block you'll be fine, but you also need a KSSN to register and play, if you have a korean friend ask him to register you or lend his account if he got hangame.

My korean friend registered me and i downloaded C9 2 hours ago and i am now patching it, it took me only 10 min to install and the patch is taking longer but oh well it's worth it.

I hope there is no IP Block otherwise i need to use proxy and then i will lag :(
