Great video, and yea, losing weight is not easy, but it's POSSIBLE. The think is that there is soo many OTHER ways to lose weight. For example, my favourite is dancing to the music I love (2h/day). Or playing soccer with my kids.. there is so many funny and simple methods out there, and you don't even need to spend hours in gym. I lost about 30 pounds already. u mean you did 3 of the workouts or wathced three of the vids? just curious cause i think your supposed to do one a week- each three times in the week
Okay i've reviewd these now, watched them in wrong order but i am coing to go cakc and do these work outs in the right order. I am very excited and I subscribed and favorited all 4 so i can get to them easy
