i have been playing paintball at a semi pro level for 6 years. i would love to see our sport in the olympics but i don't think the world is ready to see a player from team America shooting at a player from team Iraq or any other country with a mil sim marker. the physological factor is to great to see 2 grown men acting like it's a war and playing fro all the world to see is just to big. i'd love to see paintball in the x games though. there's a possiability.

i have been playing paintball at a semi pro level for 6 years. i would love to see our sport in the olympics but i don't think the world is ready to see a player from team America shooting at a player from team Iraq or any other country with a mil sim marker. the physological factor is to great to see 2 grown men acting like it's a war and playing fro all the world to see is just to big. i'd love to see paintball in the x games though. there's a possiability.

who cares what ignorant people who know nothing about the sport say! we all know what it is to us. this sport doesn't need close minded people who can't think outside the box and only say what others have told them about it. it's all about the adrenaline, the emotions, the strategy, the intensity, and the guys beside you at the deadbox. send any one of those people to watch a tournament like psp, cfoa, nypl, and even the smallest leagues around and i guarantee they will change their mind.

if we made an effort to SHOW ppl our sport, instead of expecting them to go out and notice it for themselves, when in the first place they don't think it's a sport so they really won't do that.
we need some large media promotion. like a nice MOVIE that is showed in theaters, kind of like GRIND but paintball style, if any of you have seen that movie.

This video is a LITTLE contradicting. it says you have to have a marker that will keep up with the other players, or as the technology advancements. Then it says you could be the worst team with the worst markers and end up winning. Either way this video owns. NICE VID!!

if your playing at the highest level or any level to be the best you need the best marker to keep up, as well even if you had the worst markers you could honeslty still win if you have the best communication and keep your composure you can win a good amount, so no its not contradicting at all, its just stated in a weird way

Paintball is one of the toughest sports out there. woodsball or speedball. (play both)
There is no way paintball isn't a sport. Paintball is very hard on the body. I'm out there 6 hours a day (whene ever i go)playing both and you are pushed physicly, and mentaly, but it's so rewarding at the end. Paintball (woodball, speedball) are both good variations of the sport.

I think that the way people think about PB is rediculous they just judge it, everytime someone asks what sport i play, and i say paintball, There response is either is that a sport? or Doesnt it hurt? and my answers are, yes it is a sport on the growth. i tried a few weeks ago to start a paintball team in my school, and the school administration said " it isnt a very good image to be displaying that type of violence in a school environment. this is Ridiculous. I have made so many friends PBing.
