They know it can't go any higher or they would be worried that untrained pilots like in this video would crash into the ceiling. You can tell by the sound they do not change the throttle. It levels off at 4 ft or so on it's own. If it were making enough power to climb higher the pilot would have to feather the throttle carefully or run into the ceiling. Don't believe me? Show me one video of it flying higher. Fly it over a tree or just go up 50 feet and back down. It can't do it. It's a scam.
@rdaystrom dude, that's just stupid. on this very page there's a vid of one being flown outdoors. Guy flying round in a jetpack in Aukland, New... is the name showing. i'm sure they're useing invisible monofilament fishing line from a helicopter to do this :P
