Lugosi, actually, spoke good English both off stage, off screen, and before this film. He DID NOT learn English through his lines, it's an urban legend. He simply had an accent, iconic though it may be.

On the other hand, the stupid bitch Stephenie Meyer created the piece of shit Twilight series from her head. She had to smoke something in order for that to happen. When Bram Stoker created Dracula, he did it with great facts, fantastic feeling and overall, amazing story. I find Dracula to be a pretty flawed movie, it's still good, but far from perfect. Frankenstein blows it out of the water. Frankenstein is simply fantastic.
I was at my work at a factory while having Monster Madness in my mind, and I remembered that there was a Hungarian guy working there, so I asked if he knew Bela's acting. Of course, he did. But he also told me that he died almost broke.

@sadlobster1 There are two versions on DVD that are worth getting. There's a two disc ultimate edition that has different tinted color depending on the scene. This version has Nosferatu's face tinted green. The other one is in black and white which some prefer because they think it helps make the movie more creepy. this version has Nosferatu's face tinted red on the cover. I looked up "Nosferatu part 1" and it looks like both versions are on here.
I feel bad watching Cinemassacre stuff on youtube. I just get so sick of the super loud commercials before almost every video and no way to play all videos consecutively in a series. You have to go back, pick the video but Oops!! The page tries to jump back where you left off. Oh great. Another commercial. @sadlobster1 There are two versions on DVD that are worth getting. There's a two disc ultimate edition that has different tinted color depending on the scene. This version has Nosferatu's face tinted green. The other one is in black and white which some prefer because they think it helps make the movie more creepy. this version has Nosferatu's face tinted red on the cover. I looked up "Nosferatu part 1" and it looks like both versions are on here.

I feel bad watching Cinemassacre stuff on youtube. I just get so sick of the super loud commercials before almost every video and no way to play all videos consecutively in a series. You have to go back, pick the video but Oops!! The page tries to jump back where you left off. Oh great. Another commercial. What do you know a product that sucks and has no relevance to what i'm watching. Here is an idea, Cinemassacre merchandise commercials. Hell i'd at least enjoy that.

The first time you watch this film and Lugosi gives that stare of his, you become transfixed and hypnotized. I'm not kidding. The first time I saw it, Lugosi's eyes drew me closer to my laptop screen and I couldn't look away. And when I did turn away, it felt as if my eyeballs had been sucked out of their sockets.
