To all ya!!! This is the trick!
Take the buckle from the servo arm off the swatch plate and turn the buckle counter clockwise 5 times
(LEFT) and put it back,then put 10 grams in the noze of the heli and get ready for some fast flights.Thank and hope this helps.

i really didn`t do anything.Just trimmed it and started fling it right out the box

you don't seem to have any problem with forward or reverse flight. What did you change to correct this?

@RCP162 what helps is by just putting 10-15 grams of blu tack on the front of theheli inside the shell

I have the same heli and DXTBOT is right, servo for forward and reverse stinks, you seem to have no problem with that. What did you do to correct the problem?
this gyro from this chopper is so stabile ,its not normal .onley the servo for forward backward is shity ,but it flys cool !!
