Because, my E5400 overclocked 4.6ghz and my Hd5770 is lag in gta 4 in ultra very high xD

hmm..if you want to play GTA 4 try to buy faster than E5300. now I upgraded my 9500gt to HD5770 1gb ddr5 vapor-x. I can play battle field bad company 2 and crysis warhead in very high settings. but in GTA 4 in ultra high settings, its laggy, maybe because of my processor.
