@metalloulou That's actually not in a blooper, they left it in the episode. It's from the Angel episode "I Will Remember You," and at the end when Angel is comforting Buffy David accidentally says "Sarah" instead, because she was genuinely really upset about the scene and believed that Buffy and Angel should be together. It's not super obvious, but if you're looking for it when you watch the scene you can see/hear it.

Really do miss them; they should make a movie together in this lifetime, instead of having them team up with other all of the time. Reuniting for movies with people you used to work with is always the best move.
