  • Wish I could squat :( no squat rack and no weight training so all I can use is my home bench which I use for chest, shoulders, biceps. Last I checked I could barley do 95lbs squats for reps, and that was hard. I think I'd get stronger If I had a rack at my house like this guy.

  • Sorry But once agian I have to say,Your form is pretty good but on some of the reps you were right at parallel not breaking it and the Belt.If you stopped using the Belt your Back and Ab muscles will get stronger to make up for it,which is what they are there for.
