  • i still have them....i have wrecker and hun-dred loose and hun-dred in mint in box

  • Wow, never though the comic book one of my classmates had when I was in grade school actually had a series in the 80's. Cool!

  • i used to have one of these but they paled to the transformers.

i remember i talked my grandma into getting it for me god bless her heart.

  • I think me & my brother each had a Robo Force figure. I know between the 2 of us we definitely had at least 1. I liked them & remember that I wanted the others. I'm pretty sure the cartoon was part of that Super Sunday bunch that included Bigfoot, Robotix, Inhumanoids, Jem & The Holograms, etc.

  • ''Max Steele's Robo Force!'' I Iike This.

  • I had the black and yellow one, I just found out the name of this toyline yesterday.

Couldn't remember it after 20 odd years. :)

  • I used to have the cartoon but I lost it :(

  • I recall the only one I had was named Enemy The Dictator, who was presumably the commander of the enemy forces who are at war with Max Steele. Of course, I had him repainted using a can of Testors matte black spray paint and Crazy Glued a gun from a ManTech action figure to his head. Never saw or even heard of a cartoon though.

  • I liked these so much as a kid. I liked how big they were, and how they were all the same type of robot but all different variations. I don't remember the suction cups working nearly this well though...

  • Wow i had a couple of these guys, i remember my parents getting me them for christmas, & i maybe got a couple of days play at the most out of them..

  • This commercial somehow makes the ridiculously dorky-looking robots, look cool.

  • 5/5

I remember this commercial! I wanted these things :D

  • these toys sucked, get it they sucked! you know because of the suction cup on the bottom. yeah well i had a few too

  • Holy crap, I had one of these.

I vividly recall that there was some kind of "Deluxe Maxx Steel" programmable robot that was a $200 programmable mega-toy.

  • that kid had to use all of hus strength to adhere the toy to the bottom of the bunk bed! cuTE!fuck, man i want a time machine so badly now!

  • i havent though about this toy since the 80ties i had one i rember the arms had a werid smell to the plastic

  • There was a robo-force cartoon unfortunately it was only a pilot that aired once. Hopefully someone will post it someday soon.

  • That Robo Force cartoon special was awesome-- I second that request for someone to post it!! All I know is that it was by Ruby Spears. But in my opinion back when it aired, that cartoon was better than Voltron OR the Transformers OR even Tranzor Z. It was pure gold, folks-- someone find it!!!

  • @kingkull0423

    Someone has! /watch?v=yT3KJ228Y6o&NR=1

  • @MediaGold

I watched it already a while ago, But thanks. And it was better than I remembered.

  • I used to have Max and a few villians + the Fortress of Steele Chrismas 85.

  • i love how max apperently has no other function besides being the leader.

  • I had a couple of these guys and the book and tape sets...still hunting around for the cartoon

  • Damn, I'm old. I had forgotten what the name of this toy line was. I used to have Hun-Dred. I do remember the one off cartoon that they aired but I can't find any info on it. What have you found?
