Nice job can u tell me something,,,just asking got F press as gift and freah just roasted coffee I grind too ,over 4 breaw,s,columbin& Eathopian style,,I`m getting a earthy taste or a dirty or all bass taste but not bitter at all but I`m used to drip coffee thax podra
--Store your beans in an air tight container, --Avoiding contact with the air as much as possibel. --Clean your press with white vinegar and a brush, rinse thoroughly. --try different blends and amounts. Pressed coffee is alot diff than drip. ENJOY!!!

maybe your water is too hot which burns your coffee, try 200 f'(95-98 Celcius).
