yeah, 2K8 is the All-Pro one that came out. There hasn't been an NFL 2k title since 05 because they owned Madden that year and EA threw a bitch fit and bought the NFL license for exclusive releases.

NFL 2K's Had More Realistic Celebrations, Tackles, Passes, Runs, And THE CRIB, My Personal Favorite.

the 2k NFL series was alot better then madden...yea i like the way madden is set up and stuff but madden realy just copied off the 2k...2k had the "truck stick" idea b4 madden and infact is one of the reasons i dont play my college football game is because u cant break tackles...stuff like this definately makes this 1 better

this game is better for the presentation and all other features but when it comes to natural movements of the player on the field (tackles,...) I gotta say madden is far better.

yeah especially when the ball is shot to the defense and the ball dosent bobble it bounces around in the linebackers stomach and then he happens to pick it off. Or or better yet when you pass the ball the gravitational pull leans the ball towards the cb and not the reciver. Yep I guess it is better.......

2k5 is easily the best football game ever made, with definitely the best gameplay by far. I have madden 08 now and just recently had a ball go through my receivers chest and into the defenders hands. Never had that kind of crap on 2k5 ever.

It's nice to see that after you used the play where you motioned the HB out of the backfield then threw the slant for the third time that it got intercepted. I would have intercepted it the second time.

Also gotta love an online game ending 14-28. I HAVE IN OVER 200 online games of madden had a defensive battle. Its either a blow out or a shoot out.

For what its worth...Ive played NFL QB CLUB 97-00, NFL Fever 02 and 03, Madden 04-07 and 2k4-2k5. The 06-07 madden were next gen. I would easily say 2k5 was the best gameplay.
